I would be all over this if I didn't already have several different slot expanders (including a Cardco 3S). Surely there are other Denial members that aren't slot extender hoarders like I am

Could I then use my 32k expansion (ordered from k3ys and eagerly awaited) with my Super Expander Cart or Buti Cart with extra 3k (I don't have an ordinary 3k ram cart) to give me a full 35k vic?

Yes. Disable BLK5 is one slot, insert your 32k expansion there

Disable BLK 1-2-3 in the slot where you insert your Super Expander.

The result: a Super Expander with 24k expansion. Really nice.

I had a problem with the page, but I think he should still have some left. He said in a video he made a 100 of them and then realized they were not wide enough to fit carts. He says in the video the revised version was in the works and would be available early 2013. However this never happened. I finally gave up waiting, bought two of the wrong ones and had some friendly fella do the modifications to mine and let him keep the extra one. See here for pictures of the modded XPander. If you only want a 35K expansion it should be safe using this without the modifications. You will probably need to disable $a000-$bfff for the slot you want to put the Super Expander in, so it's ROM does not interfere with the RAM of the 32K expansion. And you will probably need to open the Super Expander and use only its board unless you want to re-solder all the switches on the XPander to the bottom.
