So if I understand you right then you can use this double capacity card and have 1x127 16kb slots occupied and 1x128 16kb slots free.

3x SJLOAD locations. We just need to think of 125 other games that we might consider essential?

There is no way to make a 37k memory expansion too?

If "free" means you can alter the content once you have the cart then the answer is no. Even with flash, I can't equip the Behr-Bonz to alter the content of the storage memory so everything has to be placed in the chip before it is installed on the cart.

You can choose in advance content you want "burned" into the chip. Also, you'll get 1x128 16kB slots IF and only IF you forfeit the menu for the second half and resort to directly "poking" your choice of software. It's much easier to have 2 menus and 2x127 16kB slots.

Nope, the Bher-Bonz uses BLK1,2,3 and 5 which are required by such expansion.

However, there is no conflict with a 3k RAM expansion as well as another 1k RAM in the IO2 area.

There are 4 people so far who have indicated they would like a Behr-Bonz cartridge.

Anybody else would like to see another batch getting produced ?

It's not too difficult to make double capacity Behr-Bonz, including the previously mentioned methods for doubling capacity, one of the cheapest potential solutions is simply to stack a pair of 27C160 EPROMs soldered piggyback on top of one another and use an ordinary switch to toggle which one is active.

The thing is, I have no clue what to shove in the extra space... It took about 100 hours of work to select the first 127 games for both PAL and NTSC versions and to make sure they all work ok on their respective systems.

Any volunteer to choose and test the extra material for a 32MBit version of the Behr-Bonz ?

Please do!

Of course, it's very useful if you also post a link to the ROM images for the carts.

I found a site that looks like it has them all according to file size (4, 8, 16, etc). Here it is:

I can tell you right off the bat Cave-In, Rally X and Congo Bongo are all already present.

Then I noticed Cave-In is only present on the PAL version. I went back and sifted through my list and yes, there is an NTSC version.

That's why it is important if you list a title:
1. Make sure it's not already in there (many of your titles are)
2. Provide a link for the ROM image to avoid confusion.

Added edit:
These 4 titles are also already present on the Behr-Bonz;
Frogger
Frogman
Money Wars
The Sky is Falling

You suggested 56 games, of which 6 are already present so that leaves me to search for 50 different images to check if they are present, possibly more if there are some 16k games in there which use 2 ROMs.

They could be worth including too. Do you have links for the ROM images ?
