Dragonwing 2

Post by aeb »

The best way to halt a project for a year is to talk about it in public, but here's some sketches of Dragonwing 2 :)

1 multicolor pixel smooth scrolling works! (Look closely at the tileset character pairs and you'll get it). Unlike the first Dragonwing, this one will be PAL/NTSC-compatible. And 8-16K/cart.

This looks to be the same technique Misift used for "Cheese and Onion". Two tilesets, switched for 1 multicolor-pixel-scrolling and using $9000 for 2-multicolor-pixel scrolling. Am I right?

Really looking forward to this. Polished games for the VIC-20 like these really should/need to be presented at demo parties like Revision :D

Looks cool! I'm always happy about new carts! :D
