VIC-1212 Programmer's Aid Cartridge Manual?

Hi all,

Does anyone have an electronic copy of the VIC-1212 Programmer's Aid Cartridge Manual, in English?

I found a Swedish version here (with a familiar name!) and a German summary here so I can probably figure it out, but having the full manual would be pretty handy.

It's actually understandable, but they only list some of the commands.
