This solution is similar to what is used in the italian symbolic key layout for x64, which I don't recall where I got from. I am working at my version of the x64 keyboard anyway, to match the xvic one. Once done, I'll give a whistle.

A very nice job, LoadError. I too enjoyed the symbolic Italian keymap layout. Thanks for sharing it.
Did you also complete the layout for the X64? That would also be useful when typing/working with C64 BASIC/Assembly listings.

EDIT: After looking out in my current version of VICE (3.2) I've found that Italian (and German) positional keyboard for X64 was already included with the original package. Just tried it and found it working fine. :D

Both my Italian symbolic keyboard layouts (for xvic and for x64) have been included in the 3.2 release, so I think that's the one you're using for the 64.
