FinalTAP - where has it gone?

Hi I'm wanting to convert some .TAP files to .PRG etc. I found a posting about FinalTAP but the website appears to have gone.

Does anyone have a copy they could pass on (for WindowsXP) or know of something similar?

TAPClean is sort of a replacement for FinalTAP.
It is based on FinalTAP and got a lot more loaders and features.
