Replacement RAM

Hi folks, I've got at least one Vic 20 (more to test) that needs replacement RAM - I've got a couple of chips to get me by but I can't find any replacements online. Just thought I'd see what people are using these days if the 2114 aren't around any more (or are they?)

There's plenty of 2114s for sale on Ali Express. Search for 'MM2114N', I can see 10 pieces for 6 GBP.

Do check your VICs, the CR models use 2048 x 8 6116s instead,
