Hi Jim,

I got the files from here:

http://www.go4retro.com/downloads/UltiMem/

I am using flash4file.prg and ultimem8m.img (renamed to ultimem.bin as suggested).

That's an image file for VICE. Use the ultimem.bin file that is 4.8MB

Thanks Jim, I'm now having power issues w/ my VIC but once that is resolved I'm sure things will work OK.

Forgot to post back here that all is working. Using the image suggested work and I also resolved my power issue (loose fuse holder).

I finally purchased an UltiMem this month. After flashing the "official image," I'm very impressed with how great this is. I wish I had purchased one years ago and definitely recommend it.
