Looks great! The very first game on a cart in years (decades?). Also, in acid colors - I like them.
A bit expensive though: the difference between a tape and a cartridge release from the same author and same distributor is dramatic (see Pentagorat :)). But I understand that producing a cart costs more. Thank you Misfit, a good product!

Looks amazing!

Fantastic graphics and scrolling.

Is it only going to be available on cartridge or will there be a digital version eventually?

I would like a digital version for those people who buy the cartridge. Otherwise I will have to crack it myself  (but keep it private of course).

The first batch of Yellow cases cost, well a lot! If demand is ok the price will come down on the next batch.

just wondered, are there any plans to include the game on a (suitably priced) penultimate cart as opposed to a dedicated single purpose cart?

Yes, at some point in the Future it will probably be included in the Penultimate Cart. 3-4months at a guess

The VIC equivalent of C64 Sam's Journey. Amazing indeed. I saw a video on youtube a while ago and since then I have been eagerly awaiting an announcement here.

I will be buying the cartridge for me and my brother's collection, but I hope there will be a downloadable eventually as I really want to play it on an emulator too.

Thanks, one more question if I may..

On the shop link it states both "pre-order" and "in-stock".

This is a bit confusing - is there a lead time?

To be honest, I'm hoping to ship in just over a week from now. But just in case we have any delays I've stated 2-4 weeks.
IN STOCK means I've not yet sold out of the carts that are available in this batch. Once they are close or have sold out, I'll do my man maths and figure out if I want to run a full batch of new cases in yellow. If demand is low, we'll have to swap to a more boring colour :( and these Yellow cases will be extra #Rare

Ok, was just about to order, but £35 becomes £41+ with shipping. Is there no cheaper price for UK?

Website is set to free UK shipping over £45.00. Economy is £3.95. But in fact, as you are in the uk, it'll go 'Signed For'.. This is due to limitations of the shop engine and having to set a standard global ship rate.

I can see it's 32k :)
I was asking what size in gameplay terms... rooms or length or whatever you feel characterizes it best :)
