Just wondering if this save game issue was also in the 16k version(version a)? The regular text version.

Yeah, it would have been.
Not sure I still have the code for that unfortunately... I didn't use source control or keep a copy.
Version A has a bunch of other bugs too, so I wouldn't recommend it.
