Unpublished games from Italian VIC users, circa 1982-83?

Hi all, with a huge effort Mr. Andrea de Prisco, former editor and journalist of the Italian computer magazine MC-Microcomputer (1981-2001), has published the scans of all issues in the mag's lifespan. It's some 218 issues, for a grand total of 61.200 pages (!).

Of course, it's also a goldmine for the history of VIC-20 in Italy from its presentation (1982) to the decline (mid-80s). I'm only beginning in digging this treasure, but I already found two games which were written by Italian VIC users and possibly are unpublished in the internet:

Attacco Medievale by C. Massa (issue 15, Dec 1982):


Picman by C. Borreo (issue 23, Oct 1983):

(I know it's not so clear, but the only screenshot comes from the Contents page).

As you can imagine, they're variations of the (in)famous Siege, and Pacman. If anyone can confirm theiy're original works, I will type them in the future. And more stuff to follow!

I don't know, it's not a new software but an old re-typed software so I don't think it's the right thread.

We may start a new section on the vic20.it site like for papersoft...

wow, amazing, I grew up with that magazine! It is a real treasure. And, regarding "Attacco Medievale", I remember playing it back in the days, but perhaps under another name.

I recently discovered a bunch of TAPs in the excellent Edicola C64 site, collecting newwstand tape mags from the early Eighties, including some for the VIC (uploaded on Dec. 23).
HERE's a D64 with some of the titles. Most of them are probably pirated copies of commercial games, but some may not. I avoided the ones I already knew.
I wonder if there's unpublished stuff here (Mayhem?). There's also a version of Briscola card game, slightly different from the one typed in by Saver71.
