Vic20 Game videos

Post by AndyH »

Hi all

Thanks to Wordpress and a customised template I've finally got my *&^% in gear and set up a Vic-20 games site, with an aim of producing a short video of each game reviewed on the site so you can see it for yourself. I've also included some help in the pages and video for those that don't know how to get the games up and running via emulation.

I've put up a few of the popular games already and hope to keep the momentum going with at least a game a week added to the site.

My main motivation for doing it is to indulge my Vic-20 nostalgia but also to try to find an obscure game I remember playing but for the life of me can't recall what its name was.

Any feedback welcome and I'd be interested in any suggestions for the games I should tackle first.

P.S. How can such a Vic-20 enthusiast have on 11 posts on Denial?

Very nice indeed. I look forward to future reviews. I'd like to see reviews of some of the Llamasoft titles. :)

Thanks all. I have Gridrunner lined up next, going through the tapes/cartridges that I have box-art for first. If anyone wants to help out, you are more than welcome. In particular if you have any covers / box-art for a game that is also available on emulation email or upload them and I shall add them to the site.

Nice!
I object to only giving Arcadia 4/5 : )
Also, I wouldn't include the remakes in the same video. It pollutes the purity of the site in my opinion.
