Thank you for your thoughts!
Would replacing the capacitors with new ones also have a chance of improving the picture?

SVIDEO vs SCART
What's your opinion on the video quality you're getting with the svideo mod compared to a SCART adapter output. Currently I have the SCART cable, as my soldering skills are lacking, but the picture quality is quite lacking. I remember it was quite bad even back in the 80s with my colour tv, but I wo...

Apparently, because he thought about his routines so hard during school lessons, his codes used to work straight away. Given the quality of his programs, i'...

Zero page addresses
Could anyone tell me which zero page addresses one can use without problems for most projects (such as games)? As there are so many zero page commands in the 6502 set, is it correct to assume that one should make ample use of these for that very reason that they exsist and are fast?
Breakout

I don't know if you guys have the same thing as I do: I have a whole cassette full of cartridge games. I'm using a 16kb memory cartridge, which some wizz kid back in the 80s made switchable, so that when I flick the switch the VIC-20 shows 3.5kb free memory, but it reserves memory for the cartridge ...
