The VIC-20 (or VC=20 as it's called in Germany) is very special too. It was my first computer, I learned Basic and Assembly on it and up to now I like - or should I say love? - programming the 6502. This machine was so simple that you could learn everything about it, you could even teach it yourself...

Just to support Boray in his try, I got his music in exchange for my defect VIC-20 and I'm very pleased with it :-) So if you have spare/double cartridges, this is a good deal.

Mmh,

I'm not able to get it, too. It says "Page not available" and so on, are you sure your link is still ok?

Boray, I have basically no problem sending the computer on my expenses, but it would be nice to get something in return, maybe a duplicate VIC-20 user manual or something else? I'm not about making profit, but I would like to get my hands on some english literature concerning VIC-20. Or copy me some...

Hi Carlson, un-soldering is totally out of my abilities, I will never forget my one and only soldering experience - I soldered a reset switch onto my first VC-20. It ended up in huge blobs of soldering and only by chance did not connect the complete port  But switching the VIAs in the socketed...

Hello Anders,

I think the VDC in the 128 with only garbage on screen wouldn't be of much help to you, right? And crippling the other 128 to a total useless state is ... unsatisfying. Then I have total useless 128 here. Maybe I can talk you into receiving the complete 128D? :)

Defect VC-20

Hi to all, after buying a lot of stuff at eBay, I have two defect VC-20 here. One with IC in sockets and one with soldered IC's (CR-Version?). Both have problems with some keys and do not recognize floppy drives. If anybody is interested, I would send them out in exchange for some VC-20 literature/m...

Mmh, I just tried some things and they worked out quite reasonable, but I'm not sure if I can turn this in an original game regarding to 5. of the official rules. Hopefully I get some time on the weekend to make progress and tweak my idea to something interesting and new. For now I have a 9 line pro...

Wow, impressive what can be done in only 3.5kB!

But 7 waves are way too much, I never got beyond wave 1
Seems that I'm just too old for such fast paced action - 1 MHz is enough to outperform me...
