Great...
A bit of advice: tape the sockets into position before you solder them, or else they will be crooked.

Re: My first try at EPROMs
Found this web-page if you're still interested.
http://retro.hansotten.nl/6502-sbc/6530-6532/
Apparently (maybe) the R6530-005 is a variant of the 6530, only difference is the masked ROM is empty. (maybe)

Re: My first try at EPROMs
I will take a picture when I get home, but I have no clue what the board was used for. All I know is that I bought it for 11$ and the edge connector was cut because the owner wanted to salvage the gold on it.
I always buy these for the components anyway.

Re: My first try at EPROMs
So I know I keep asking and reviving this post, but I don't want to make another one. I got another batch of used IC's and I've struggled to find the datasheet for 70% of the IC's. For some reason the members on this forum are better at identifying IC's than me. Probably because I don't know what I'...

Thanks, I had no clue why it was that expensive but now I see. Still a great piece of history to see though.

Re: [Ebay] Just another Mt. Drash :)
Why is it that expensive? I could have remolded my house with all that!
