Let me ask you in a different manner... What would you do if you HAD to create the multicart with a single eprom?

The way my design works right now, both eproms are connected to the address bus in a way that makes them both appear as a single 16 mbit eprom with 256 cells of 8k in it.

I took some liberties with this design objective based on following logic (a) virtually all ROM images are auto start (b) auto start is based on when /BLK5 goes low to select 40960 range (c) 16K carts need /BLK5 in one Eprom and 2nd part in the other Eprom (d) we have more than 128 /BLK5 images (e)...
