I guess I volunteered wrongly to test this Gamebase. I have been using emulators since the 90s, but have never been able to setup Gamebase to work. I thought, "Sure, with only the VIC, I can do this." But no, I cannot get Gamebase running. I've read several tutorials and tried everything ...

Just had a quick play on this whilst testing GB20.

Nice little puzzle game you have put together here, great job for your first VIC game.

Looks like an interesting take on 'Bust-a-Move'. Loved your other dice game, yacht - 321 my best score so far - so really looking forward to having a crack at this one too. :) I can see where your coming from with "Bust-a-Move", but 0 points I'm afraid :( . Glad you enjoy Yacht and wow 32...

You must have missed the entire development over the last three years, where Torsten and I went all the way up to MAXIGRAFIK , MFLI , MIFLI and - with a small hardware modification - VFLI . Finally, I could feed back some algorithms developed for the VFLI image converter back to the bog-standard MI...

My original took approx 7.2 seconds and yours unsurprisingly took approx 6.4 secs (time...

Thanks for the reply Mike, I shall try your method later. One thing I didn't state very clearly in my original post when I wrote "The tiles are 2x2 characters in size and are all drawn using the same colour. " , what I meant was all the four chars that make up the tile are the same colour,...

I was hoping to get some feedback/possible speed optimization suggestions before I put this to use i...
