New version with proportional font! Looking nice! However I needed to activate 24K RAM expansion for it to work. With 16K I get a CPU JAM at $64B8 in VICE. Maybe this is due to the decruncher? If you pack a game tightly into 16K there is no room for the decruncher to do its work. It looks like you ...

Yes, it's a little tricky. That's why I made my own example after I got it :D A command line like: exomizer sfx 26603 -t52 -n auto.prg has the following meaning: sfx = create auto-start-program 26603 = this is the start address of the program after decrunching, eg. SYS26603 (you can use basic instea...

Anything that adds to readability is welcome :) . Another solution would be to add rows/columns keeping the VIC regular characters. BTW, when playing those adventures in VICE, I use a lower aspect ratio (0.5) And suddenly LONGSCREEN does not seem so silly anymore. I still wouldn't turn my monitor s...

WTB: VIC-20 NTSC with DIN-power connector
As noted here I'm looking for a NTSC VIC-20 with a DIN-power connector. Looking for some weeks on ebay.com I realize that this is probably not the way to go. To many "not sure if it works", extremely high shipping costs and poorly described items I cannot make out the power connector on an...

Sentoria Reader
Does someone still have the Sentoria-reader from VICTRAGIC? I'd like to check this out, but the original link is dead
Update: Oops, me so stoopid. New link is right there on the page... http://users.adam.com.au/grichards/SENTORIA.d64

NTSC-VIC in PAL-machine?
This may be a silly question, but: Could I use an NTSC-VIC chip (6560) in a PAL-machine or would I run into problems? The PAL-machine has 220V, 50Hz, while an NTSC-machine would have 110V, 60Hz for power supply. Would the VIC-chip "care"? Is the NTSC-board different from the PAL-board? If ...
