I would be all over this if I didn't already have several different slot expanders (including a Cardco 3S). Surely there are other Denial members that aren't slot extender hoarders like I am

I love the idea of this project, however S-Video is what kills it for me. However, I would seriously consider paying that price for a modernized VIC motherboard with HDMI.

Their vinyl dustcovers have a lot of positive feedback, especially on AtariAge. I have been tempted to buy some over the years but I just don't need them. I've been using white tableclothes for dust covers for a decade and they're perfect. They're $3/each used at a second hand store like Goodwill or...

Agreed that the Commodore joysticks aren't particularly playable. I have a pair that still work, they're just not ergonomic. Of course, that was common back then with many controllers, both OEM and third party. Personally, my Commodore joysticks are for display because they are pretty next to my VIC...
