ML

Since my last post on the IF function (not "statement" " did not think about that until after), I have tried to learn machine language a little. My problem is that I can't find anyway to write machine language on my Vic-20. I can't seem to find software to do this for me, and when I d...

Re: RS-232

Okay thank you everybody, that's all I wanted to know.
I find this amazing: I ask a question and a day or two later answers come. Sometimes I would spend hours searching for topics.
Thank you everybody for your time and knowledge.

RS-232

I want to build a RS-232 interface, but I don't know how to. Anyone know how or have any suggestions, and what is the best terminal software I can find?

Tandy 1400 Software

I recently brought back a Tandy 1400LT from the dead. It's running MS-DOS 5.0 (installed on four floppies(720K)), and I use a null modem and a serial connector on my PC to transfer software. The software I find only runs about 10% of the time. The problem is that I am running a monochrome screen, wi...

Re: Looking for PRG-files from Compute's programming the VIC

Re: The IF statement....

Wow, never thought I would get so many answers. Thank you everybody, my question has pretty much been answered. I will try different implantations and see what works best. I have a few articles in Compute! and Commodore magazines that explain how to start using ML. As for posting my program (it's no...

Re: The IF statement....

I think I'll have to dive into machine language some time, I'm a little confused on how it works, but I'll figure something out someday :?:

The IF statement....

Hello everybody, I'm new to this so if I make any mistakes tell me. I'm somewhat new to CBM-Basic and the Vic-20, I own a C64 -though I prefer programing on my Vic-. I have started programming and I've figured out how memory can be manipulated to change characters, display, sound, joysticks, etc. Wh...
