I found this but I assume it's incorrect?
Another question, each BLK is 8k but a0-a13 is available on the cart port, when would I need a13?

Help me refresh my memory, it's been 20 years 
IO2 and IO3 is not an address range like BLK5, right?
Or does $9131 also puts I/O 2 high (it is active high right?).
