Thats exactly how my younger brother looked when he opened his vic 20. As for me I never had a computer as a kid, I was married with two kids when the Vic came out.

If you have a schematic simply run jumper wires from the solder point on the pins of 4066 to there connection points on corresponding chips. If you mess with trying to repair the trace you will probably damage more of it. With patience Most anything on commodore and amigas can be repaired.
