Yes, Bandits is recognized as a VICE emulator bug that actually affects almost all the machines emulated, but Bandits is so far the only known example on VIC-20. There are a handful of other such titles, like Frantic, Scram 20, Flipper, Catcha Snatcha and Wacky Waiters to mention a few. I don't know why they gave a Game Release an ISBN as it normally only applies to Books

Encyclopedia: The International Standard Book Number, or ISBN, is a unique identifier for books, intended to be useful commercially.

The reason this game is listed on Amazon is because it was assigned an ISBN number I have an original Box for this game and it says it was made by Reston Publishing Inc For some reason they have registered a Game with a Book ISBN !? Weird Perhaps they considered it similar to a multimedia published ...
