Re: Ed for Prophet 5

Every serious collector will need one.
Keep it a small run, wait a little bit and see the prices skyrocket on Ebay ;-)

Re: Jeff's VIC 20 Book

This is looking really great!
I'm with chysn on this one
it would be maybe useful in my opinion to have addresses and relevant data reported both in decimal and hex.

Re: Raspberry Pi 400 - Computer in a keyboard!

Looks nice, but doesn't have the charm of the good old micros. It's just another Linux machine.
Still waiting for the Commander X16 and/or the Mega 65...

That's impressive! Powerful and yet simple, I like it very much.

Re: Mega65 Retro Computer - Kickstarter for moulds

Or some rich people make it avalable for the poor as the moulds are for everyone, not the supporters only :-)

Keep posting, sounds interesting.
I'm in no way a hardware guy but I like reading about such projects.

Re: macro with acme does not work.

It's a dot too much or a dot missing.

You set .W in your macro but use W in your program.

Commander X16

The 8bit-guy launched his idea of a new retro machine. Seems that this project has some chances to be really finished.

Re: This is a temporary domain.

This new (temporary) host is way faster than the old host, at least for me.

With the old hoster I had sometimes to wait 10-30 seconds before a topic opens, every so often it even refuses to change topics at all and I had to re-click after a timeout.

Re: SuperCPU for the Vic-20

Thanks for the clarification tht's a really nice solution!

As I reread your previous post I recognized I skipped over one important bit of information
to switch bank in the $A000-$AFFF area
That caused my irritation as I simply didn't get where the subroutine code resides.
