Ive been looking at these for a while, overall they are unimpressive. They need some actual hardware compatibility.

I know on most systems the intensity bit is rarely used, I have a rgbi to vga cable. Just hook it up and dont worry about it.

Ti-99 info

I need some information on where to get tape images for the ti-99 and more specific info. I'm looking at using a audio player as a tape drive but i cant find any tape files. TI-99 info is so scarce on the web and the info that is there hasn't been updated in 10 yrs.

Thanks

So in reality the best bet is either A: get a device that uses modern hardware
or B: get a cassette adapter like for a car that we all had 10 years ago.

Is there really any difference between a cassette and a "datasette"?

Building tape drive cable

I have recently got a vic 20, multiple c64's , and a c128 but no tape drives. Is there a way to make a cable that will emulate the tape drive so I can just hook it up to a mp3 player or PC?

Thank god for google's page translation!

My local commodore club is selling a basic vic 20 flash cartridge for 120 and this will be around 112 with shipping. It seems this will be much more useful.
