Did anything ever come from this work on the Tymac cartridge?

I just came upon a Tymac cartridge (unlabeled) and it will not boot. I cleaned the connectors really well and still there is nothing.

I don't know what to do next. Thanks.

I picked up one of these cartridges this past week. I am impressed by the smoothness of the color sprites. Are they scrolling 2 pixels or did they find a way to scroll 1 pixel at a time? It seems so smooth.

I have a branding Iron EPROM programmer for the PET. Has anyone:

1. Used this on the PET?
2. Known of it being used on the VIC or C64?
3. Know of what the 'hobby interest' would be in this thing.
