Does anyone know what this might be?

We got a donation at the Personal Computer Museum recently of this cart ... I haven't taken it apart yet but does anyone have any ideas on what it might be?

Thanks - any thoughts appreciated.

Various VIC-20 Software Programs for Sale

Hey folks - here are some doubles we have at the Personal Computer Museum in Canada ( http://www.pcmuseum.ca ) All of these are available and complete (except where noted). I have checked most of the tape sets and I am selling them as complete. If it turns out something is missing when you request a...

Added a bunch of titles to our software library

Hey folks! Why this is by no means our complete collection of VIC-20 stuff, we did do a major update and addition of new items to our collection at the Personal Computer Museum. There are some fairly rare titles in there. On another note, we have a bunch of doubles that have come up so in the next c...

OK so I plugged it in ... and .... NOTHING - just your 3583 bytes free!

So .... either it's damaged or it's going to require a SYS to get it running.

I do have a HES multi cart unit, any suggestions on how to dump the memory?

You *had* put it into the 'Buy, Sell, and Trade' section. That's why dragos asked ... Well then that was a big oops! I meant to put it in general. MY BAD - sorry guys! Yeah I don't think it has anything to do with the Prowriter printer - it just came up doing searches (because the Prowriter could b...

We just received a WHOLE bunch of these tape packs - including some ones from Cymbal I had never seen before.

I will go through them and see what we have now.

We did a small write up on Cymbal for those interested:

You do know though, that there is the section 'Collecting and History' here in Denial, which deals explicitly with that kind of stuff? I put it in the General Section because the description of "Collecting and History" says "History and Preservation Issues" -- I really wasn't ha...

So its for sale? Uh, no? We're a computer museum - we archive things like this and maintain a massive collection for people to enjoy for generations to come. We *do* sell duplicates from time to time, but I am reaching out to the VIC community because nobody here knows anything about this item and ...

RARE VIC-20 Cartridge - have you ever seen this?

Hey folks....we received an amazing donation of things recently at the Personal Computer Museum. A lot of it was Atari stuff, but there was a bunch of uncommon VIC-20 things (like an almost complete collection of the Thorn-EMI titles all boxed and complete...like Amok, Super Amok, etc.) Anyways, one...

Schema - thank you for coming down and dumping the cartridge. We are very excited that we had a cartridge that wasn't out there and even more so to help contribute the item to the community. I am going to talk to someone who might know more information about the product itself, and if he provides an...

Anyway you look at it, one time you are saying you accept no money and the very next post you say you accept money from schools. now, where I am from, thats called backtracking. Also, it would seem reverse logic to be free to the general public but not free to schools (whose assigned purpose is edu...

We ask for a $2 donation for students to help cover costs. We have monthly electricity bills, storage costs, and other expenses such as association costs. We are a legitimate registered Canadian Charity with CRA (look it up if you wish). We are registered with both the BMGA (Brant Museums and Galler...

From the people I have spoken to and the information I have read regarding the "museum" I still suspect the "museum" is how someone funds their retro hobby. Wow, what a joke. You clearly have no idea what we have done, what we have accomplished and how we work! I won't even get ...
