SAVEing machine code program
Hello everyone. Ok, I know this is going to seem really obvious to you but it's not to me! My problem is I have LOADed a program and I want to SAVE it back to tape, when I LIST it has only one line "10 SYS(1039)". Of course the whole program is in memory but when I SAVE it only SAVEs line ...

backwards conversion
I am still trying to convert .tap and .prg to real cassette files. I have built the required cassette interface and I am using software called 'cbmtt101' in DOS to record tape images. So far, the best I have acheived is getting most of a 8k program into a PET. The software asks me for a start addres...

VIC & PET loading .wav and .tap
There are countless .tap files out there for VIC/PET/64/plus4. I am lucky enough to own an number of these machines and although emulators are really cool nothing emulates the feeling of typing on the real thing. I would really like to be able to backwards convert my emulator .taps to .wavs and reco...

TRILOGIC's DCL4
Again I have come across a strange and seemingly rare cartridge. I can't find any info on it. I think it's for the PET/Vic/64 and it connects to the cassette port. There is a board protruding from one edge where it is possible to connect 2 c2ns and a cable with a c2n plug. Anyone seen one before?

Multi Rom Carrier (what is it?)
Recently I aquired an unusual cartridge for my VIC. Basically I don't know how to use it. Inside it are 4 rom sockets, 3 of them occupied with EPROMs. It is labelled on the front with "MULTI ROM CARRIER, Stack Computer Services" It has a hand written sticker on it saying "VICKIT3,4,5&...

Hello Bacon, I am really tempted by your post to do the conversion again following things said since my last attempt. However I will not because there are too many variables, for example you say you 'think' a resistor wasn't present which means we cannot be certain it wasn't present which leaves an ...
