Mine says on one side BUSSAGA/ on the other side 250V0LT. No other markings on it.

I received mine today. The excitement quickly went away when I noticed the cartridge was damaged. No way could I attempt plugging it in. A follow up email was sent. Already receive a response Now it’s waiting time again

If you have compared the two, they are mostly the same with the exception of the differences between the 6 and the 3 switches and it's cabling.

My heart sank when I opened the box and manual wasn’t there. Fortunately I found it in my manual drawer. I will scan it in the next week and post it here if you are still looking for it. You could try hooking up your Vic20 to another computer like I did earlier and see if you get communication going that way.
