Is there some kind of bitmap/character editor that lets me get in there and edit the pixels on the screen in a more or less direct way, move characters around, that kind of thing? What do you other developers use?

I have Rigel (for PET) and I had Dragon's Eye too, might still be in the boxes of tapes.
