Re: C64 Kerberos MIDI problem

Hi yeah I hadn't posted to Lemon64 for awhile so if youre inactive it seems they either cancel youre account or just disable, gee.

So will do that then I would have thought a 64 question would be allowed. :(

Re: Vic-20 MIDI

Hi all, I found out why Vic Midi and the Game Roms werent running? I had a modern small Flat Screen TV set to Composite mode, zoomed to smallest screen size, but for some reason this (NTSC) TV will not use the signal that cartridges use, instead of displaying the TV just reports this message (upon p...

Re: Questions about Ultimem

The Ultimem is very versatile. It has 8 MB of FLASH ROM which can be pre-programmed or written to using special commands and then it has 1 MB of RAM available in 8K blocks. You can assign this RAM to VIC-20's main memory, but the total visible to the VIC-20 will always be 37K expansion at max. The ...

Questions about Ultimem

I need to clearup some of my confusion wirh Ultimem: Does this memory provide actual memory expansion how much? I thought the VIC20 could only handle up to 32k, the VIC Midi says 512k? I do know there is Flash RAM for flashing prgs into the cartridge. Can the memory expansion be accessed from basic,...

I have a beginners book on ML from Compute (I forget the title) its very basic but does have handy number tables that are handy and I think for Opp codes. Re: 3D Printed ICs

the problem are mostly making the masks and the setup costs. you'll also need a test/selection rig and have someone bond them into packages.... given the fact that you can perhaps sell a few thousends, thats going to be helluva expensive per IC ah sorry I didn't see your post but yes correct very e...

Re: 3D Printed ICs

HI, Here in the U.S. I consulted with a CBM Engineer he told me the following below: (name withheld). Nowadays the cost would probably be double of what it was in the 1980's way too expensive, you have to take into account the following costs: The building, tools, chemical tanks, Insurance to cover ...

Midi Software

Hi
I have heard there was possibly some sort of Vic20 Midi software.
I know about Jim Brain's new Vic Midi and have one and wish to try other software if its available.
I probably wont try the Schema Factor version for personal reasons.

Thank you,
