I have, or used to have (I forget) one of the cardco 16K RAM carts. Real good cart, the dip switches let you select which block you want each 8K RAM chunk to go in.

I have a couple of the WICO bat joysticks, but they feel awkward to me. I have a set of Sega sticks like THIS ONE that work really well. This is what I use most of the time.

I use VICE and find it to be a great tool. It's very handy to have a VIC at my disposal with just a click or two on my PC. But when it comes to sitting down and really enjoying a game or a programming session there's nothing like the real thing. Using a real TV, real joysticks, etc. That's part of t...

I found Schema's VIC20 Memory Blocks Illustrated to be very helpful.

In fact, I created a little page using it to explain VIC memory as well as I could. Check it out and see if it makes sense RIGHT HERE

I think I'll agree with Keir on this one. See what they offer you.
I agree that it's ridiculous that people misrepresent stuff this way.

NEWBIE MODERATOR QUESTION: Since my response to the o.p.'s question was basically identical to carlsson's I tried to delete my post...without success. I always get a response saying 'Only Administrators Can Delete Posts' (or something like that). Am I missing something? Or is this something I won't ...
